Biography

Evelyn joins the Navigators as the executive assistant to the National Director, Chris Barrett. Originally from the UK, Evelyn first came to Canada in 2018 through a university exchange program, during which time she was lovingly mentored in faith and was baptised. She moved to Canada permanently in 2022 to study for her MA degree at the University of Ottawa, and to reunite with Derek, her now husband who she met while on exchange. Evelyn greatly enjoys outdoor adventures, spending much of her free time camping and hiking, or reading in the sunshine. She is fulfilled through serving others and is excited to be in a role of support and collaboration within the Navigators.
