His role with the Navigators is to support churches to become more effective in making disciples with a vision to impact their community and world.

A champion of small group ministry, Dennis is Canadian Regional Leader for the Small Group Network – an international ministry network for pastors and ministry coordinators. He brings over three decades of knowledge and experience in small groups to help churches build up healthy biblical communities that desire to “go and make disciples”.

Besides organizing discipleship workshops and training events for churches, Dennis also brings over 25 years experience and knowledge in the area of Christian resources. He desires to provide individuals and groups with the most appropriate resources to meet their needs. Dennis serves his community (London) by helping lead neighbourhood building initiatives and by actively partnering with church groups and community organizations.
