His role with the Navigators is to support churches to become more effective in making disciples with a vision to impact their community and world.

Dennis co-leads the Navigator Church Ministry (NCM) team. As a team they are committed to being faithfully present. They accomplish this by inviting deep and lasting connections with church leaders, offering equipping through various events, cohorts, workshops and one-on-one interactions. We desire to remain faithfully present with these leaders, with a willingness to stay with them for years to encourage their growth as Spirit-led leaders.

Dennis also brings over 30 years experience and knowledge in the area of small groups (Canadian director of the Small Group Network) and christian resources. Go to www.navresources.ca to browse the many books and studies available for purchase.

Dennis serves his community (London) by helping lead neighbourhood building initiatives and by actively partnering with church groups and community organizations.
