Biography

Chrystal is a fresh face on the Navigators CLT Team, as executive assistant to Andreas Russell. She considers herself an “artsy administrator” with a varied background within the arts, including acting, stage management, arts administration, and as a passionate patron. She volunteers with a local theatre company in the box office and with hospitality duties. Chrystal is a very blessed parent who delights in homeschooling her Lego-loving children. She loves to ride her bicycle (preferably in Banff!), chase golden hour sunsets, and write poetry by mountain streams. Chrystal also has a unique talent of making ordinary things beautiful – an outpouring of the hope she has been woven with, by the tender hand of her Creator.
