Growing Disciplemakers
Equipping disciplemakers in the local church context is a powerful vision. This vision takes more than prescribing a program or a curriculum. It requires more than individual pastors or church leaders can carry on their own. How can we turn this vision into reality?
We need to equip everyday disciplemakers to see relational disciplemaking as a natural part of their lifestyle wherever they live, work, or play. The Ways of the Alongsider (NavPress) by Bill Mowry is an excellent tool to equip you to do just that. It teaches biblical principles and practices that mark the life of a disciplemaker. The book calls people to a lifestyle marked by certain ways of discipling others. You will be invited to explore the Scriptures, learn through reflective questions, and gain experience through practical exercises. From beginning to end, there’s an emphasis on mission. We believe this is high value training / coaching that will impact your ministry.
While this involves both a commitment of time and money, the benefits to you, your church and the kingdom are great!

What have others said about Growing Disciplemakers?
"Discipleship starts with discovering more of what God has for us (as a pastor) in my life and walk in ministry. I found the Navigator material to be bursting with life and with openness to the living gospel, to the kind of fruitfulness of walking with Christ" - Pastor Brian Wilkie
"I really benefited from regularly meeting with men and women who share the same commitment to discipleship for their churches. I want to train our church ministry leaders in the same way so as to build a discipling culture in my church." - Pastor Matthew Maw
"It has challenged me as to what is the priority of my time. Walking with people and seeing them progress in their relationship with Jesus ought to be what I'm modeling." - Pastor Ian Havercroft
