Biography

Heather has been involved with the Navigators for most of her life, growing up with parents who were Canadian Navigator staff. Investing in others and valuing the Scriptures was in her upbringing. Over the years, as God has continued to grow her and heal life's wounds, seeing others experience healing and freedom through prayer has become a passion for Heather. These days as an associate staff, she comes alongside the local campus ministry in Ottawa. She also looks for ways to serve those who have needs in her neighbourhood, pray with them and engage in faith conversations as she senses the Spirit leading. Heather, and her husband Chris have five children. Heather volunteers at her youngest daughter’s school and coaches her hockey team.
