Navigators Church Ministry

Growing Disciplemakers

Equipping disciplemakers in the local church context is a powerful vision. This vision takes more than prescribing a program or a curriculum. It requires more than individual pastors or church leaders can carry on their own. How can we turn this vision into reality?

We need to equip everyday disciplemakers to see relational disciplemaking as a natural part of their lifestyle wherever they live, work, or play. The Ways of the Alongsider (NavPress) by Bill Mowry is an excellent tool to equip you to do just that. It teaches biblical principles and practices that mark the life of a disciplemaker. The book calls people to a lifestyle marked by certain ways of discipling others. You will be invited to explore the Scriptures, learn through reflective questions, and gain experience through practical exercises. From beginning to end, there’s an emphasis on mission. We believe this is high value training / coaching that will impact your ministry.

While this involves both a commitment of time and money, the benefits to you, your church and the kingdom are great!

Please take 3 minutes to watch how three Canadian pastors have been impacted by this disciplemaking process with The Navigators. Navigator Church Ministries Promo Video
