Biography

Christine recently graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Mental Health, with a minor in Biology. University was a transformative time for Christine, as she began to pursue a true, personal, and deep relationship with Jesus. She first met the Navigators in her second year of university after a friend invited her to a “Nav Night.” Shortly afterward, she began being discipled by a Navigator staff member, who helped her dive deeper into her faith and encouraged her to pour into other students as well. In her third year, Christine began serving on the Student Executive Team at Carleton, where her passion for the work God was doing through the Navigators’ campus ministry grew. After surrendering her own dreams and ambitions to Christ, she began to feel a call to ministry. Christine felt God leading her to take her first step in this calling by participating in the Wave internship at the University of Alberta. Christine is so excited to see God move in the lives of students at the U of A as she journeys with them in their walks with Jesus!
