Biography

Hannah is a recent graduate from the University of Calgary, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology under the Faculty of Kinesiology. She found the Navigators in her first year of university through the biannual club's fair, at a time where she was wrestling a lot with school, her relationship with God and her identity. Hannah began regularly attending Navigator events in her second year, when she began developing relationships with the people there and truly investing in her walk with Jesus with encouragement and mentorship from other students and staff. Through this, she began to see her life and desires change, and she developed a love for the Navigators ministry and a deep desire to grow deeper in her faith. Soon she began co-leading women’s Bible studies on campus and joined the campus Exec team as worship coordinator. Later at a national student event Basecamp, Hannah learned about the Wave Internship, after which the Lord continually pressed it upon her heart to follow in faith and join the Wave. Her favorite passage is Psalm 139.
