  1. Having your identity in Jesus, and experiencing Intimacy with Jesus as your foundation for life, work, and ministry
  2. Becoming more proactive and less reactive
  3. Getting clarity on and sticking with: Your calling, passion, vision and convictions
  4. The life rhythms / daily practices that are required to live out your calling and purpose

Who Should Come?
  • Those who have taken responsibilities of leadership in church, in business life, in their community.
  • Younger leaders wanting to take steps to grow and develop as a leader.
  • Leaders wanting to better connect into God’s calling in their life so they can better contribute to what God is doing.
  • Men and women who are transitioning from one season to another, or feel stuck as to how or where their best contribution should be focused.
  • Experienced leaders that have much to give but uncertain as to how to pass on this valued experience to the next generation.

About Dave Kraft
Dave is passionate about being the very best leader and leader developer he can be as he is empowered by the Holy Spirit. He lives and breathes leadership development. His life purpose is, “To help develop, equip and empower the next generation of leaders in local churches so that they finish their race well”. He has written “Leaders Who Last” in 2010, “Mistakes Leaders Make” in 2012 and “Learning Leadership From Nehemiah” in 2015. He has had the joy of conducting seminars all over the world based on these books.He was on Navigator staff for 37 years; living and serving in both Northern and Southern California, Colorado, Washington State and eight years in Sweden as a missionary to university students as well as working with local churches.

In 2005 Dave retired from the Navigators and began professionally coaching – www.davekraft.org. He has had the joy of coaching several hundred pastors all around the world over the phone. Dave and Susan have been married for 50 years and are the parents of four adult children and the grandparents of seven grandchildren. He hasn’t slowed down in his fifty-nine years as a Christ-follower…he has no intention of doing so!
