Come out and enjoy a week of camp-life with great food, worship, ranch fun, including horseback riding, climbing wall, canoeing, a day trip hiking at Fundy National Park and Hopewell Rocks, an afternoon local mission adventure, games and some sleep( if necessary)!
In addition to all of that great fun is an awesome week of spiritual teaching and experiences!
Living a strong life of commitment to Christ takes strong roots in Him. Our speakers will focus on topics related to being a strong disciple of Christ.
Topics will include:
Retreat experiences have a way of helping us to go deeper- growing relationships that you currently have and making new friends- friends from across Eastern Canada who are also pursing a life that follows the ways of Christ.
Our week will include veteran community and campus laborers for Christ as speakers:
Ron Pagé will be joining us from Montreal, Canada. Ron holds a Master’s degree in counseling and has completed a three-year post-graduate program in marriage and family therapy. He has worked as a therapist and is a staff-care and coaching specialist with the Navigators.
Ron Abarbanel 25 years with the Navs, started the Halifax city ministry which now includes a vibrant varsity athletics ministry, ministry to underprivileged youth, international development works in Indonesia, Romania and India, and excels at training and mentoring Navigator interns and staff. The city ministry also coordinates activity for 100 volunteers each year. Ron will make you think deeply about how the gospel takes root in your own life and spreads to others, with many stories that will make your impact practical and down-to-earth.

Our home for the week, Snider Mountain Ranch, has a host of options! A couple unscheduled afternoons can include horseback riding, wall climbing, canoeing and more. In addition to these activities, we'll have an excursion day that will be sure to include the Bay of Fundy, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.
